Dr. Pol CARE allows members to share completed sessions. The full text can be emailed to you. You can then share that information with your local veterinary clinic. This helps to ensure that your pet’s medical history is maintained and updated, while also helping with continuity of care.
Veterinary digital Heath involves sharing medical information about your pet with a veterinarian remotely through electronic communications, such as video chats, messaging and uploaded photos and videos. With Dr. Pol CARE, we connect patients with vets via live video chat and messaging. This may also include requests for photos and videos of your pet in their home environment to aid in evaluation.

Connecting will take anywhere from 30 seconds up to 1 minute. Please be patient and don’t disconnect. If one of our Vets is helping someone else, there will be a message stating the Vet is unavailable. Then you can text or call back in a minute. This is rare but it might happen occasionally.
Video chatting requires good WiFi or Cell Data connection. iPhone 4 or greater or Samsung 4 or greater work well. Some older phone models just don’t have the processor speed to make it work correctly. If you are experiencing difficulty it is most likely your connection.
