The best way to help your pet/animal is to schedule an appointment with your local veterinarian. Dr. Pol is not able to examine, diagnose, or treat an animal over the phone or from photos on social media.

We love our fans and you’re welcome to visit for pictures by the clinic sign! If they have a free moment, you may even find Dr. Pol or one of our team pops out for a quick hello with fans. However, we ask that you do not enter the clinic or visit with clinic employees or film crews who may be working outside. The clinic is a fully-operational and busy practice. In order to provide the highest standard of care, our clients and patients always come first. If the clinic and/or parking lot appears busy, we ask that you please avoid entering the parking area so that we can better serve our clients. If you’re taking pictures outside the clinic, please be respectful of our clients and neighbors, the veterinarians, and the film crew.

We are not currently able to send autographed photos to non-US locations; however, we are working on options for our overseas fans.  Please stay tuned!

Dr. Pol does not solicit fans for sales or payments via private or direct messages on social media pages. We only sell products on thedrpol.com or promote giveaways through our public social media pages. There are reports of Dr. Pol imposters soliciting fans via dm’s and they are not us! Please use extreme caution when receiving any solicitation via private messages on social media accounts.
