    You’ve come to love Beth’s bees on The Incredible Pol Farm. Now, we’re delighted to introduce for the first time, a limited quantity of this delicious liquid gold direct from Beth’s hives!

    Harvested with care in the late fall of 2024 from our hives at Pol Farm, this honey is raw, unheated, and delicately strained one time to remove larger pollen particles, comb, and other bee debris.

    Available in 3oz or 12oz classic bee skep jars, or a 12oz cylindrical jar with hexagonal design, these jars are filled with pure Michigan wildflower honey – yum!

    Please anticipate the honey you receive will be crystallized. When minimally processed and unheated, raw honey contains pollen and beeswax particles which encourage crystallization. This is normal and should be expected anytime you enjoy 100% pure and raw honey.

    Thick or crystallized honey does not mean it is expired! You can consume it in its crystallized form, or run the jar under warm water to return your honey to a liquid texture. Store at room temperature.

    Reminder: please do not feed honey of any kind to children under 1 year of age.
