Dr. Pol stands behind the quality of our products and we truly hope you, and your animals, enjoy your purchase. We’re happy when you’re happy!

Food and Feed Return Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your product, contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number within 30 days and we will gladly take the product back.

You are responsible for return shipping unless it was an error on our part or the product was damaged.  You can use any shipper you want for your return.  We will promptly refund the credit card used for the initial purchase once we have received the product back.  We deduct a 15% return fee for discretionary (no longer need or want, better price found, or similar reason) returns.

Some discounted or on sale items may be final sale and not eligible for return.

Dr. Pol Book Purchases

All sales of Dr. Pol’s book, “Never Turn Your Back on an Angus Cow” are final. Please contact us at 877-5DRPOL5 (537-7665), option 3 if you have questions or concerns.

Dr. Pol Apparel and Merchandise Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason you are unhappy with your product, contact us for a Return-Exchange Form within 7 days. 

You are responsible for return shipping unless it was an error on our part or the product was damaged or defective.  You can use any shipper you want for your return.  We will promptly exchange the item or refund the credit card used for the initial purchase once we have received the product back.  Shipping and handling costs, priority processing and other charges are non-refundable.  For exchanges, we will ship the item back to you free of charge one time.  You are responsible for any additional shipping after this.

Whether an exchange or a return, merchandise must be unused, unworn, odor free, and in good condition when returned/exchanged.

Please note, all “Sale” and “Personalized” items are final sale and not eligible for exchange or refund.
