I, the undersigned, hereby grant Dr. Pol Brand, its affiliates, Mijten (as an official licensee of Dr. Pol Brand), and authorized partners the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use my photograph(s), video(s), or other likeness submitted through this form for marketing and promotional purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, use on websites, social media, advertisements, and printed materials worldwide.

I understand that my personal data, including but not limited to my likeness and any identifying information submitted alongside it, will be processed in accordance with Dr. Pol Brand’s [Privacy Policy] and applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and relevant national regulations of EU Member States, particularly Italy’s Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 (Italian Data Protection Code) and any subsequent amendments.

I further release and discharge Dr. Pol Brand, Mijten, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liabilities, claims, or damages, including but not limited to defamation, privacy violations, or misappropriation, resulting from the lawful use of my likeness as outlined herein.

I confirm that I am at least 18 years old, that I voluntarily grant this permission, and that I understand the implications of this consent. I acknowledge that Dr. Pol Brand and Mijten will take reasonable measures to ensure compliance with applicable privacy regulations and that my likeness will not be used in a misleading or defamatory manner.
